Paper Data Collection

This feature is available within a direct care session and gives you the ability to print out the targets and behaviors along with the configuration details.

  1. Click on a direct care session.
  2. Tap and hold where it says, “Session Details” and a notification to generate the pdf will come up.
  3. Click the Generate PDF button.
  4. Share, download, or print the sheet.

You can also generate a paper data pdf from the learner's care plan. Click the 3 dots menu at the top right of a learner's care plan to access learner exports.

The file name is Paper Data - Provider Name - Learner Initials - yyyy-MM-dd_HH-mm-ss.pdf.

Targets are categorized by form of measure, phase, and then domain, subdomain, and goal.
