Care Team Management
This report allows you to review every provider’s actions in a learner's care plan within a specified period of time which makes managing your care team efficiently and easily.
- Click on a learner.
- Click the filter button in the top right corner.
- Select Care Team Management under the View category.
- Select the date range and choose whether to display graphs.
- Click Apply.
- Use the arrows next to the provider's name to toggle through the team.
You can view the number of sessions, number of distinct targets, and average number of targets per session by provider in the specified date range. You can also view the date of mastery on mastered targets and see how many sessions every target was addressed in and the average score of all targets displayed.
