Care Plan Views

There are three ways to view the care plan for an optimized experience.

Standard: This view displays all future, in progress and past goals and targets.

Activity Report: This view shows all activity within a specific date range.

Care Team Management: This view shows all activity within a specific date range by provider.

Change the View

1. Click on the Filter icon in the top right corner.
2. Choose which view you want to see and fill out the relevant information.
3. Click Apply to see the care plan in the view you selected.
